Tour Overview
Day 1
Srinagar (1 Night House Boat)
Srinagar arrival as per the scheduled flight departure time and proceed to houseboat. Srinagar - the summer capital of Jammu & Kashmir as well as the largest city in the Kashmir region. We have a short Meet n’ Greet session before dinner.
Day 2
Srinagar – Pahalgam (2 Nights)
Today we visit Shankaracharya Hill and Shiva Temple. Later we enjoy Shikara ride and Speed boat ride in Dal Lake. Further, we visit the Island of Char Chinar where we can photograph ourselves in traditional Kashmiri outfits on our own. Then we proceed to Pahalgam. Pahalgam – situated on the banks of the Lidder River and a favourite shooting location for Bollywood movies, is rightly known as the ‘Queen of Kashmir’. En route we visit the Cricket bat factory and pass by the Pampore Saffron fields.
Day 03
Pahalgam - Chandanwari - Pahalgam
Today we explore Chandanwari – the first milestone in Amarnath Yatra and enjoy the magnificent view of Lidder Valley & Betab Valley. We also visit Aru Valley - the fascinating valley. We can photograph ourselves in traditional Kashmiri outfits at the various photo studios of Pahalgam by ourselves.
Day 04
Pahalgam – Srinagar (3 Nights Hotel)
Today, we proceed to Srinagar. En route we visit the Avantipur Ruins. Today, we also explore Nishat Bagh - ‘The Garden of Pleasure’ and Shalimar Baug – ‘An Abode of Love’.
Day 05
Srinagar – Gulmarg – Srinagar
Welcome to Gulmarg, A snow capital of Kashmir which is also known as 'Meadow of Flowers'. En-route we view apple orchards. On arrival at Gulmarg we visit Khilanmarg by the longest Cable Car which takes us to the Affarwat snow point. We also view the picturesque golf course. Later we proceed to Srinagar. En-route we visit Carpet outlet.
Day 06
Srinagar - Sonmarg - Srinagar
Today we proceed to Sonamarg - ' The Meadow of Gold'. Here we visit the Soneshwar Shiv Temple (subject to operation).
Please Note: Sonmarg is closed due to heavy snowfall from January to March. We will provide alternate sightseeing for the same.
Day 06
Srinagar - Departure from Srinagar
It’s time now to say goodbye to our tour companions. Let us be in contact with each other through email, Facebook, calls…. And meet again on yet another memorable tour. See you all!!
‘I-Fly Tour’ Guests will proceed to the airport as per the group flight schedule.
‘Joining & Leaving Tour’ Guests will proceed to the airport or station, as per their schedule.
